    The travel time between Tucson International Airport and El Conquistador Tucson is approximately 45 minutes. This transportation is exclusive to your group and provides non-stop service to and from El Conquistador Tucson. Please look for staff holding a 'Tucson Symposium' sign at the base of the escalator leading to baggage claim. The following is the fee schedule.

    Roundtrip service (reserve arrival & departure) is $140 total PER PERSON.

    One way service (reserve arrival OR departure) is $70 total PER PERSON.

    These rates are only valid for arrival transportation on April 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2019, and departure transportation on April 11th & 12th, 2019. For all other dates, we offer dedicated service at a la carte rates. Please call for details. The rate includes all applicable airport fees, tax, and gratuity. YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. Confirmations will be email 1 week prior to commencement of event.
